"Give That Crown To Osimhen" - Angry Nigerians Attack Serie A Officials For Racist Post on Twitter

Social Media - Nigerians come out en mass to show superiority over who owns the internet.

Hours after Napoli won the scudetto, the Serie A official English Twitter handle tweeted a photo of legend Maradona and Napoli winger Khava Kvaratskhelia on a throne.

The photo illustrates Maradona putting a crown on the head of the Georgian winger with caption "A new king is crowned in Naples". This singular act didn't go down with Nigerians who came out en mass to lend a support to fellow citizen Victor Osimhen who was sidelined.

Victor Osimhen was instrumental in Napoli winning the Scudetto after 33 years with the Nigerian scoring a league golden boot record for an African with 23 goals and a stunning 8 assists during the 34 games campaign.

Osimhen didn't only show he was their main man, his equalizer against Udinese was what sealed the title for Napoli. Napolians went berserk as they witnessed history and chants of "Osimhen, Osimhen"... filled the stadium.

But why was the Nigerian Striker sidelined by the League officials? That was where Nigerians didn't find it funny and had the thoughts of a subtle racism to try and discredit the player whose efforts shouldn't go unnoticed.

Follow the pictorial trends below.

Angry Boyfriend Threatens Singer Iyanya For Posting His Girlfriend's Picture

Celebrity Gossip - Singer Iyanya threatened for posting a girl's picture on his Twitter handle.

Two days ago, after the Davido Timeless Concert in Lagos, Singer Iyanya came online to inquire about a beautiful girl that was starring at him during his performance on stage. He requested that the girl reports to him immediately.

"E get one babe wey been dey eye me as I dey perform on stage but time and chance no gree me locate her, abeg, if you're the girl, send me a DM or anyone who knows her whereabouts, tell me" - Inyanya on Twitter.

Barely 24 hours after that post was made, Inyanya made another post with the caption "I found her".

The post didn't sit well with the girls boyfriend who threatened to take action against the singer for posting his girlfriend's picture without his consent.

It looks like Iyanya has gotten himself a new girl because the relationship has officially kick-started.

The saga continues as many Nigerians are reacting to this outburst on Twitter.

Elon Musk Reveals He's Paying Twitter Blue Subscription For Some Celebrities

Social Media - Elon Musk's recent tweet suggests his bias on running Twitter.

Popular business tycoon and Twitter Social media giant CEO Elon Musk just revealed in a tweet that he's paying the subscription bills on Twitter Blue of some celebrities.

Days after the free service was cut off and most celebrities and personalities lost their verification badge, Elon reveals that he had to keep the verifications badges of celebrities like Lebron James, William Shatner and Stephanie King to keep them locked in.

Since the free Twitter Blue services ended, many celebrities have refused to subscribe to the $8/month verification and hence has returned to being 'random users' on the social app.

Innoson Motors Manufacture LNG/CNG Vehicles (Photos)

Automobile - Innoson Motors Produce CNG/LNG factory fitted cars.

In case you missed it, Nigeria Indigenous Automobile Company Innoson Motors a subsidiary of IVM just commissioned a Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and Liquidified Natural Gas (LNG) Vehicles in their Nnewi factory yesterday.

The good thing about this innovation is that CNG and LNG vehicles are cost effective and can ensure longevity and limited expenses.

While this is interesting, the best news coming out from the automobile company is that, car owners can now convert their vehicles from fuel/diesel to LNG/CNG.
