And the Stamford Bridge club have now been charged five times in 19 months for breaching FA Rule E20 that concerns players' behaviour.
According to the Mirror, that could mean Antonio Conte's side face the devastating punishment of having points deducted over player incidents.
Arsenal and Manchester United were the last clubs to be hit with the punishment all the way back in 1990.
Chelsea were fined £372,000 and warned in writing about their players behaviour after their fiery clash with Tottenham last season.

Chelsea’s punishment was reduced to £290,000 by a three-man board headed by Christopher Quinlan QC - even though the clubs' disciplinary record was branded "abysmal".
The Blues were also warned that a points deduction was considered and it could be enforced if they were charged again.
It said: "The Board is satisfied the greater fine on Chelsea fairly reflects its role in the incident and its lamentable recent record for failing properly to control its players.
"The time cannot be too far distant when a Commission concludes the only proper sanction is a points deduction."
Before the start of this season, the FA, Premier League and EFL announced measures to stamp out "intolerable behaviour" after stating player conduct has reached "unacceptable levels."
The Mirror also report Chelsea know of the threat of a points deduction and asked for a personal hearing but the FA refused to confirm if they had received such a request.
