The photo shows the young 19-year old teenager who was about to be smuggled into Spanish territory by a 22-year old woman. She was accosted by authorities last week at a border crossing into Ceuta, one of two Spanish enclaves in North Africa, in the Moroccan region.

The 19-year-old migrant from Gabon was found concealed inside the briefcase. The boy was immediately offered medical attention due to the lack of oxygen inside the compact travel bag. According to statement from the Spanish Civil Guard.
However, border control had become suspicious of the woman after they noticed she was carrying her luggage on top of a trolley. Spanish officials said the woman showed an attitude that raised eyebrows, trying to dodge some certain procedures and twerking of her eyes while been investigated.
