A middle aged woman gave birth to a baby boy inside a BRT bus earlier in the day.
The unnamed woman who is in her late 30s boarded the bus at Irawo bus stop going to a hospital believed to be at Iyana Ipaja all in Lagos state, delivered her baby out of forced labour around 9am today en route Mile 12/ Ketu, Lagos.
It all started when the woman became uncomfortable and showed signs of pain and restlessness immediately after entering the bus, female passengers on board who quickly noticed her present predicament joined hands in assisting her to cover the section of the incident and used wrapper to cover the new-born after delivering her of the baby, whilst all male passengers were moved into another bus at Ketu bus stop.
