Once considered by some people as a one season wonder, others termed him an 'over-hyped' English player who was brought to limelight by the English media but the Tottenham Striker has shown to his critics that he is indeed more than they envisaged.
Harry Kane before the game against Champions Leicester City trailed Everton striker Romelu Lukaku by two goals on the goal scoring chart. Lukaku had already fired his way to the top of the goal scoring standings three match weeks ago and it looked like he was going to win the EPL golden boot but unfortunately, he hasn't scored in recent weeks.
Nevertheless, Harry Kane had the award in sight and was never finished with making a statement. Despite been away for almost three months with an ankle Ligament injury, Kane came back stronger and helped his Tottenham team with 22 goals placing them second on the log behind current Champions Chelsea.
It looked like it was over and done with for the PL golden boot race but Harry Kane's 25th, 63rd, 89th and 90+2 minute goals in a 6-1 thumping of Leicester City at the King Power Stadium moved him two goals ahead to the top of the goal scoring chart ahead of Romelu Lukaku who has 24.
