FIFA has released the 10-man shortlist for the 2018 FIFA #TheBest award in three categories; The Best Men's Coach, The Best Female Coach, The Best Women's player and The Best Men's player.
After a group of panel across the world of football cut down the 23-man shortlist to 10 on a criteria of voting and individual performance across Europe for a calendar year.
Notable names made the list but the surprise of the year is Brazilian prodigy and ex-Barcelona man Neymar Jr. missing from the list.
