Realme is gearing up to launch its much-anticipated 14 Pro 5G series in India. As per Realme’s official website, the upcoming series will include two models: the base Realme 14 Pro 5G and the higher-end Realme 14 Pro+ 5G. Both smartphones are set to offer powerful features, including impressive camera capabilities, a large battery, and an advanced chipset.
Realme 14 Pro 5G Series India Launch Date
Realme has confirmed that the 14 Pro 5G series will launch in India on January 16, 2025, at 12 PM IST, as per a press release from the company. The new series will be available in four colour variants: Pearl White, Suede Grey, Bikaner Purple, and Jaipur Pink. The Bikaner Purple and Jaipur Pink colours are exclusive to the Indian market.

Realme 14 Pro 5G: Key Features and Specifications
Ahead of the official launch, tipster Paras Guglani (@passionategeekz) shared leaked promotional posters that give us a sneak peek at the specifications of the Realme 14 Pro and Realme 14 Pro+ models.
The base Realme 14 Pro 5G will feature the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy chipset, paired with 45W SuperVOOC fast charging support. The Pro+ variant, on the other hand, will come with a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC, and it is expected to support faster 80W SuperVOOC charging.
In terms of cameras, Realme 14 Pro 5G will sport a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary sensor, supported by Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) and capable of 4K video recording. The base model will also come with a 16MP front camera.
The Realme 14 Pro+ 5G will feature an upgraded 32MP front camera and a more advanced rear setup. It will have a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP telephoto camera, and a 112-degree ultrawide camera. The Pro+ variant will also include support for 3x optical zoom, 6x lossless zoom, and 120x digital zoom. The series will also have an 8MP ultrawide camera, offering versatile shooting options.
Realme 14 Pro 5G:Battery, Durability, and Colour-Changing Technology
Both models in the Realme 14 Pro 5G series will feature large 6,000mAh batteries, ensuring long-lasting performance. As per Realme’s official website, these devices will also have impressive water and dust resistance ratings, with IP66, IP68, and IP69 certifications.
Additionally, Realme is introducing an innovative cold-sensitive colour-changing technology. The Pearl White variant of the series will feature a unique Vibrant Blue pattern when exposed to temperatures below 16°C, offering a dynamic aesthetic feature that changes with the environment.
Realme 14 Pro 5G:Tentative Price and Availability
While Realme has yet to announce official pricing, industry insiders expect the Realme 14 Pro series to be priced similarly to the Realme 13 Pro series. The latter began at Rs. 26,999, and the 14 Pro series may fall within a similar price range.
The Realme 14 Pro 5G series will be available for purchase on Flipkart and the official Realme India e-store, with the official launch is set for January 16, 2025, at noon IST.
