CAMEROUN AND NIGERIA DOMINATE CAF WOMEN'S BEST XI

CAF releases the Best XI for the just concluded AFRICAN WOMEN'S CUP OF NATIONS  (AWCON 2016) held in Cameroun. Nigeria won the competition after beating their Camerounian counterpart by a Desire Oparanozie's 84th minute strike, This is the record 8th time and the second time the Nigerian team  has won the trophy beating Cameorun in the finals.





The list which contains 4 Camerounians, 3 Nigerians, 2 Ghanaian and 2 South Africans was compiled by the committee of some coaches and journalist.

Defenders: Meffoumetou Tcheno FALONE (Cameroon), Osinachi OHALE (Nigeria), Janine VAN WYK (South Africa), Linda ESHUN (Ghana)
