19 year old guy was charged to court for raping a 14 old girl in America. According to the American law, once a guy is 18yrs and above, he is considered a man, the more reason, the "man" was taken to court and the judge incharge of the case refused to sentence him because he thought it will be a waste of lifetime for the young man.
Therefore, the judge, who was supposed to sentence the man to 5-10 years imprisonment opted to give a suspended sentence proclaiming the following:
"The man will be on probation and during the probation, he will undergo a one year psychological course.
While on probation, he will not have sex with any woman until he gets married."
However, according to the judge, he gave out this pronouncement because the man confessed to have slept with 34 different women and his body counts reads at 34 after been tested.
How will this funny law be enforced ???
