CUSTOMER BLAST KONGA OVER SALE OF FAKE I-PHONE

An aggrieved customer took to twitter to complain how he was a victim of fraudulent delivery from Konga who sold him a fake I-Phone 6 64GB with a delivery from another company named River of Gold Ltd. for 128 thousand Naira.

He expressed his disappointment saying, "Am having the worst experience of my life right now, you [konga] don't have an integrity in your core values".
He actually boldly said that there is no original goods on Konga Online shop. He wrote different things on his timeline, lambasting the goods and services of Konga.

However, on bombarding the Konga twitter handle with his complaints, their Customer Care responded and promised to help him resolve the issue.  It seems the response was a fluke because according to the guy, he didn't receive any valid information after that day and little or nothing was done about it.

"I have called @ShopKonga customer care for over 6 times with no resolution. I need a refund of my money now!"
This is what he wrote on his timeline.

His brother, Ayo actually threatened Konga's official twitter handle to make life miserable for them by publicly exposing their flaws to the world and bringing their fraudulent act to bare. He was a mastermind of retweeting his brother's tweet so it can be made public.

Ayo also complained of buying a fake wrist watch from Konga and according to him decided to let it pass because he thought it was a one-off. As time progressed, other concerned and sympathetic persons joined in the campaign and complained bitterly on the services rendered by Konga.

We are yet to hear anything from the Konga Online Shop Customer Care. Keep in touch for more updates.
