NYSC BATCH A: AN IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL CORPS MEMBERS

This is an important message released by the Head of Administration to the prospective Batch A members of the National Youth Service Corps programme concerning the medical certificate and other requirement on Health issues.

The message reads:

All PCM members are to ensure to immunize themselves on meningitis before arriving their camp venues, this is to ensure their safety and reduce the effect of their exposure to the disease.

Your medical report should contain the following information:

• Heart rate
• Eye fitness
• HIV Status
• Asthma
• Diabetes
• Ulcer 
• Blood group/Genotype
• Blood level
• Temperature status
• Infection status 
• If you are suffering from other disease or ailment, it should reflect in your report.

Note: Your medical report will be presented at the camp venue during registration screening.
