Globe Soccer Awards 2018.

The 10th edition of the prestigious Globe Soccer awards organized by Dubai Holding in conjunction with Audi took place on 3rd January,  2019 by 5:30pm UTC/ 09:30pm GST. 

The award gala was hosted by wwe hosts,  sports news anchor and retired basketball player Nathalie Mamo and Tom Urquhart at the famous Dubai Holding building in Dubai, UAE. 

Nominated for the Best Player of the Year category was Atleti and France forward Antoinne Griezmann,  Juventus and Portugal Forward Cristiano Ronaldo and PSG and France wonder kid Kyliane Mbappe while Didier Deschamps,  Diego Simeone, Jurgen Klopp, Maximilliano Allegri and Zinedine Zidane were nominated for the Best Coach of the Year category. 

Best Club of the Year nominees were: Spanish clubs Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid while Liverpool makes the other team; Agent of the Year nominees were Jorge Mendes, Jonathan Barnett and Stefano Castagna.

- Arab career award: Sami Al Janet (UAE) 

- Coach career award: Fabio Capello (ITA) 

- Globe soccer fans' award: Cristiano Ronaldo (POR) 

- Best club of the year: Atletico Madrid (ESP)

- Sporting Director of the year: Fabio Paratici (Juventus/ITA)

- Best agent of the year: Jorge Mendes (POR)

- Special career award: Zvonimir Bonanza (RUS)

- Player career award: Blaise Matuidi (FRA)

- Best coach of the year: Didier Deschamps (FRA)

- Player career award: Ronaldo Nazärio de Lima (BRA)
