Two days ago, a kidnap kingpin by the name of John Lyon terrorizing the Bayelsa – Yenegoa axis was apprehended in Abuja, men of the DSS through intelligence information tracked him down to pinpoint his current location in a lounge in Abuja where he was lodged; this event occurred days after he and his gang successfully completed a kidnap mission which they collected ransom for.
John Lyon goes by the nickname Ik-Kpai-Kpai, he’s a former staff of Sterling Bank, born in 1986, and uses the Business name Lyon Interiors Hub as a smokescreen to carry out his kidnapping activities. He was recently involved in the kidnap of Danjuma, a bank staff where they extorted 50 Million Naira as ransom.
During his interrogation in the video below, John claimed his wife just gave birth to a new baby and he is sorry of all the crimes he committed.
