Mentality Monsters: A Danger to our Mental Health

There’s an aspect of our life we fail to pay close attention to, and that’s our mental health. Most persons do not have time to feed our mental health, give it the right idea, the right rest, the right positives, and the best of thoughts.

As invisible as it is, our mental health is delicate and very important to our everyday activity; it is an integral part that is relative to the brain, and hence, deserve some care. From the word MENTALITY, we get Mental Health, our mentality is a way of life, it is a believe system, a thought hub, a strength reservoir and an unlimited ideology storage house that can take up anything both negative and positive.

Relating this to the brain means, we at some point deserve some rest from all day’s activity; the mental health is either weak or strong depending on the individual and things it was fed with, as strange as it sounds, it is responsible and determinant for a depressed state of mind.

There are activities, ideas and behaviors we engage in or exhibit that endangers our mental health, part of which is: Investing too much emotion into something; a flaw that can make or mar ones entire moment.

Reasons Why Using Toilet Rolls on Your Anus is Unhygienic

A popular Nigerian online Doctor wrote on his official Twitter page why it is not healthy to use tissue paper after taking a dump. He reiterated the need for water or wipes as the safest to clean one's anus to avoid contracting infections and going about your day with foul smells oozing out your butts from smeared remains of feaces in your anus.

Here is what he said in details:

NEVER use toilet-roll after you shit.

What are the possible causes of using tissue papers or toilet rolls after taking a dump?

1. Can tear your anus

2. Waste of time/money

3. Leaves your anus dirty and smelly

4. Can give you urinal infections (women)

5. Stains your pant/boxers with shit.

WHY TOILET ROLLS ARE HARMFUL FOR YOUR ANUS.

The real problem with a toilet roll is that it does NOT actually clean your anus properly. What a toilet roll does is to take off the top shit and smear the rest of it across your anus (and anus hair if you have some). This left over feaces can cause you medical problems.

So what’s the BEST way to clean your anus after you shit?

1. Use soap and water!

Washing your anus with soap and water after you shit remains the MOST EFFECTIVE way of cleaning, but If no soap, the next best way is to use water only.

If no soap and water.

2. Use wet wipes!

If you use toilet at work, or find yourself in a public toilet where getting soap and water may not be available/accessible, or you feel doing water may be time wasting or the water you find around may be too dirty, Use wet wipes.

Wet wipes are your best bet in that situation. Always make sure you carry wet wipes in your bag or car.

Why is toilet roll very bad for you?

1. Using toilet roll to go hard on your anus because you want to “clean well” can cause a tear (medically called anal fissures). This can cause very serious pain and bleeding when next you take a dump and sets your anus region up for infection.

2. Using toilet roll softly because you don't want to hurt your anus, will only leave leftover feaces on it which would mean you having a smelly dirty itchy butt  and stains all over your underwear. This is the major cause of itchy butts, void of information to many.

3. For women: if you use toilet roll and you wipe from back to front- you are at risk of introducing bacteria inside the feaces into your vagina area and this can cause urinal infections.

This is why after a while, you notice lower tummy pain and pains whenever you pee.

Conclusively, Toilet rolls are a waste of time, waste of money and a health hazard for you if you use them after you shit. They will cause you harm and they actually do a very poor job of cleaning your anus.

NB: There’s NOTHING wealthy, hygienic or high class about toilet rolls.

Please after you shit; Wash your anus with soap and water, if you can or Wash with water alone, else, use Wet Wipes.

#AFCON2021: Algeria Unbeaten Record Smashed After 1 – 0 Defeat to Equatorial Guinea

It was a surprising night for the Algeria as they were stunned by Equatorial Guinea in their AFCON 2021 tie in Douala, Cameroon. A lone goal from Esteban Obiang made sure that the Algerians are third on the log with 1 point behind Cote D’Ivoire and Equatorial Guinea, setting up a mouth-watery clash in a do or die affair on the last group game against the Ivorians.

Before now, Algeria were on a 35-game unbeaten streak, which started after they lost a game in October 2018, and since then, they’ve gone on to steady the ship, rubbing shoulders to tie with Brazil and Spain for a World International unbeaten record.
